1. Who provides these services

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website and to all services offered by Bruxa Soraya Tarot, a Brazilian consultancy operating from Rio de Janeiro since October 2024. All references to "we", "us", "our" or the "Company" refer to Bruxa Soraya Tarot.

By accessing this website, requesting information, booking a session or joining our program, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

3. Eligibility

Our services are directed exclusively to adults, aged 18 years or older, with full legal capacity to enter into agreements under Brazilian law.

4. Nature of our services

We offer personal-services activities in the field of spiritual guidance, tarot readings, self-knowledge orientation and personal-wellbeing programs, including the Slim Beautiful program.

Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, pharmaceutical or legal advice. Sessions and program materials are for personal reflection and orientation only. If you are dealing with a health condition or a legal matter, please consult a duly licensed professional.

5. Booking, delivery and communication

All service delivery, scheduling and customer communication is performed directly by our own team. We do not delegate service delivery to third parties, we do not operate through affiliates and we do not act as a lead broker for other companies.

6. Payment, cancellation and refund

Pricing, accepted payment methods, cancellation windows and refund conditions applicable to each service or program will be presented before contracting. Consumer rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990) are fully respected, including the 7-day withdrawal period for services contracted remotely.

7. Ownership of content

All content published on this website (text, images, layout, materials, program methodology) is protected by copyright and belongs to Bruxa Soraya Tarot, unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the content or program without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Use them for illegal, harmful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
